Christmas Club

  • Convenient way to save money for Christmas shopping or any other annual expense
  • Savings account with weekly, biweekly, or monthly electronic contributions, paid out by direct deposit to your checking account in October
  • Account is automatically renewable on an annual basis, with a fourteen (14) day grace period
  • Interest accrues daily and is credited at maturity
  • $5.00 minimum opening deposit
  • $10.00 penalty and interest not paid if closed early

Certificates of Deposit

  • Various terms, ranging from sixty (60) days to sixty (60) months
  • Automatically renewable
  • Interest is paid until maturity of the certificate
  • Interest may be paid by check or deposit into a designated account, or compounded
  • Annual percentage yield assumes interest remains on deposit until maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.
  • $1,000.00 minimum opening deposit
  • No additional deposits may be made into this account
  • Withdrawals made before the maturity date may result in a penalty.

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)

  • Interest is compounded and credited semi-annually
  • Contributions may be tax deductible
  • Interest income may be tax deferred
  • Terms from 12 to 60 months
  • Fixed and variable rate accounts
  • Withdrawals before age 59 1/2 may be subject to IRS penalty
  • Withdrawals made before the maturity date may result in a penalty.

Roth Individual Retirement Accounts

  • Interest is compounded and credited semi-annually
  • Contributions are not tax deductible
  • Certain withdrawals may be tax-free
  • Terms from 12 to 60 months
  • Fixed and variable rate accounts
